Data Centers, Engineered to Last

From feasibility through live operation, one team designs, builds, tests and runs your data center under a single contract — headquartered in Saudi Arabia and delivering across the Gulf, the Middle East and North Africa.
Who we are

A Saudi Data Center Specialist

Data Center Technologies (DCT) is Saudi Arabia’s only company built solely around data center infrastructure — not a general contractor with a data center division, but a specialist EPCM firm engineering mission-critical facilities from first principles. Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Riyadh, DCT delivers the complete lifecycle — feasibility, design, procurement, construction management, testing, commissioning and operation — under a single contract and one accountable team. Engineering stays in-house across all four disciplines: electrical, mechanical, low-current/ELV and civil & structural, so technical decisions are never subcontracted out. DCT designs to Tier III and Tier IV topologies, partners with Tier-1 OEMs without vendor lock-in, and draws on the balance sheet, supply chain and 75-year engineering heritage of Abunayyan Holding.

For more than 75 years, Abunayyan Holding has built its expertise in infrastructure across three sectors, water, energy and data centers. Two of them, energy and water, are what every reliable data center runs on. That expertise now comes together through an ecosystem of 16 subsidiaries and joint ventures and more than 2,500 employees, giving Data Center Technologies what no standalone operator can provide on its own, from a supply chain inside the Kingdom to local manufacturing partners in switchgear, cooling and water treatment, and the backing to commit to long-lead procurement. A facility whose uptime depends on power and cooling is built here on a foundation designed for that purpose.

Delivery model

One Team. Full Lifecycle. One Contract.

Most data center projects split design, procurement and construction across separate firms — and the client absorbs every interface risk between them. DCT removes that split. One team carries the project from feasibility and design through procurement, construction management, commissioning and live operation, under a single contract and one point of accountability from day one to steady-state running.

Why DCT

Answers to the Questions Prequalification Actually Asks

01
MARKET SCOPE

Specialists, not a general contractor

Data centers are all we build. Not one practice area inside a broad engineering portfolio.

02
ENGINEERING

Engineering stays in-house

Our electrical, mechanical, structural, and low-current teams are our own employees. Engineering decisions don’t route through a subcontractor.

03
ACCOUNTABILITY

One contract, one accountability

One party carries the project from feasibility through the end of the operations agreement. No handoff between consultant, contractor, and operator.

04
PRESENCE

Financial stability across the project life

A multi-billion SAR group with long-term presence in KSA. DCT carries the group’s reputation and financial stability.
